2024-02-04On February 2nd, the 2023 Annual Work Summary and 2024 Spring Festival Mobilization Conference of Anhui Fuhuang Architectural Design & Research Co., Ltd. was grandly held in Conference Room 1407 of New Vision Building.
At the meeting, Shen Wanyu, Chairman of Fuhuang Design, and Jiang Shenhu, General Manager, signed the 2024 Annual Target Responsibility Letter. Afterwards, Jiang Shenhu, General Manager, separately signed the 2024 Annual Target Responsibility Letters with the person-in-charge of the Scientific Research & General Management Department, Digital & Intelligent Architecture Business Division, Marketing & Operation Department, Chief Engineer's Office and Shandong Branch, clarifying the production and operation targets and responsibilities for each business unit.
Amid warm applause, Shen Wanyu, Chairman of Fuhuang Design, delivered the 2023 Annual Work Report. In the report, he comprehensively and objectively summarized the company’s various work in 2023 and gave a detailed presentation of the work plan for 2024. He emphasized the ten key priorities of Fuhuang Design for 2024, stressing the need to strive for breakthroughs in new business formats, new materials and new technologies, continuously improve the prefabricated high-rise steel structure building system and the prefabricated low-rise new residential building system, and form an integrated technical system for the renovation of existing rural houses. He also pointed out that the company should build a digital operation and management platform system for the design institute, continue to improve the qualification system, and strengthen related work such as talent recruitment, training and performance management.
Tong Min, Chief Engineer and Director of the Chief Engineer’s Office of Fuhuang Steel Structure, extended congratulations on the achievements made by the design institute. He noted that he had grown up on the platform of Fuhuang Design, and hoped that all colleagues of the company could take advantage of the platform’s strengths to continue to strengthen learning, pursue innovative development and strive for excellence.
